What it is like, honestly.

We started in 2026 and we are building the way of working as we go. That cuts both ways. There is no long ladder to climb and no department to hide in; there is also no thick rulebook, so you will be asked what you think and you will be expected to say it.

The work is real and it is daily. Vehicles run in the morning whether or not the week is convenient. If you like being out where the work happens and you like closing a day properly, you will fit. If you want a desk and a quiet inbox, this is not it.

What the operator does

  • Be on the ground in Surat, where the vehicles and the hubs are.
  • Confirm each morning, before 11:00, which vehicle and which driver is placed on which lane — in the MoveIt app on your phone.
  • Coordinate with drivers and with the vehicle owners whose trucks are attached with us.
  • Arrange a replacement, or an ad-hoc vehicle, when a placement drops.
  • Keep trip papers and challans in order.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for the hubs.

What we look for

  • You live in or near Surat.
  • You speak Gujarati and Hindi.
  • You are comfortable with a smartphone and with WhatsApp.
  • You are reliable early in the morning — the day starts before the vehicles do.
  • Experience with transport, fleet or courier hub work helps, but it is not required.

Salary

Discussed with shortlisted candidates.
